Welcome, and thank you for your interest in TumuTrip. The following Terms of Service are a legally binding contract between you and TumuTrip regarding your use of the TumuTrip website and services (collectively, the "Service").

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making your booking. By making a booking with us, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted on our website from time to time.

1.2 If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not place an order via our website.

1.3 You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Services Description

TumuTrip provides an online platform for booking airport transfer and charter car services. Our platform allows users to search, compare, and book transportation services across multiple cities worldwide.

We act as an intermediary between passengers and transportation service providers. We do not directly operate any vehicles or employ any drivers.

3. User Accounts & Registration

3.1 To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 You must immediately notify us if you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure.

4. Booking & Payment Terms

4.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

4.2 Prices displayed on our website include all applicable fees and taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are per vehicle unless specifically noted.

4.3 Payment must be completed at the time of booking through our secure payment gateway. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on the order page.

4.4 You confirm that all details you provide for the purpose of purchasing the Service will be correct, that the credit or debit card you use is your own, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the Service.

4.5 A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment. It is your responsibility to check the details of your booking on the confirmation prior to travel.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

5.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking value.

5.3 No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

5.4 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

5.5 Any refund requests must be made within 30 days of the trip date to allow for timely investigation.

5.6 Cancellations can be made through the self-service portal available on our website or by contacting our customer support team.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking, including correct pickup time, location, and passenger count.

6.2 You must carry a valid form of identification during the journey.

6.3 It is your responsibility to travel with the booking confirmation which lists arrival instructions and relevant local contact numbers.

6.4 If your flight is diverted or delayed, you should contact our support team as soon as possible so we may assist in finding alternative arrangements.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, graphics, design, and software, is owned and operated by TumuTrip. All materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 TumuTrip acts as a booking agent. We accept no responsibility for the actual provision of services by third-party transportation providers. Our responsibilities are limited to facilitating bookings and passing reservation information to service providers.

8.2 We accept no liability for any illness, injury, death, or loss of any kind during the journey. Any claims should be pursued with the service provider directly.

8.3 In the event that we are found liable, our maximum liability is limited to twice the cost of your booking.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TumuTrip and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

We operate the Service from our offices in Hong Kong, and we make no representations that the Service is appropriate or available for use in other locations.

14. General

14.1 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TumuTrip regarding your use of the Service.

14.2 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14.3 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
